●  Security consulting for cloud and AI teams

Every alert gets an ACK.

Hands-on security consulting for companies running in the cloud: posture reviews, unified security findings, and secure design for private AI services. For security vendors, partner-led advisory for entering the North American market.

A conversation first. A written scope before any work starts.
From signal to fix. Technical depth, explained in plain terms.
For security and platform teams

A second set of eyes before the next decision.

We work with security leads, platform engineers and founders who need to know where they really stand. That might be a cloud estate that grew faster than its guardrails, a findings backlog nobody trusts, or an internal LLM service that is about to see real data.

Cloud controls, findings and AI risk are reviewed together, because in practice they share the same identities, data and owners.

Five practices. One clear signal.

01

Cloud security posture

A review of identity, network and workload controls across your accounts, measured against how your teams actually ship.

IAM · guardrails · drift detection Discuss cloud posture →
02

Finding normalization

One schema for every scanner you run, with duplicates merged and each finding tied to an owner and a business impact.

OCSF mapping · de-dup · context Discuss findings →
03

Private AI security

Secure design for internal LLM and RAG services: who can call the model, what it can retrieve, and where its output can go.

Bedrock auth · RAG access · egress Discuss AI security →
04

Audits & reviews

Scoped reviews of a single system, pipeline or launch, with prioritized findings and a plan your engineers can work through.

Architecture review · pre-launch · retest Discuss a review →
05  Partner Advisory

Partner-led market entry into North America.

For emerging and growth-stage security vendors, the fastest route to North American buyers usually runs through value-added resellers (VARs). We build and run a partner-first go-to-market plan that resellers will actually back.

The advice is practical and channel-led, and it's measured by pipeline rather than slideware.

5.1

North America channel entry

A market-readiness assessment, a VAR engagement strategy, and a first-90-day execution plan partners will respond to.

5.2

VAR-led GTM strategy

Partner prioritization and segmentation, joint business plans with your top resellers, and enablement built around their sellers.

5.3

Enablement & partner execution

Sales and solutions-engineer enablement that changes behavior, co-selling to speed up pipeline, and a quarterly execution cadence with clear metrics.

5.4

Fractional GTM & channel leadership

Senior-level guidance for founders and CROs, with clear accountability for outcomes and without the cost of a full-time hire.

5.5

Channel marketing & demand

Partner-ready messaging and use cases, co-marketing programs that build pipeline, and tracking of partner-sourced and partner-influenced demand.

A private technical conversation

Got a hard security question? Let's work through it.

Bring an architecture diagram, a noisy dashboard or a launch date. We'll talk it through and agree on a sensible next step.

For teams building something new

Security needs a plan, not just a scanner.

  1. 1Define what needs protectingThe data, the users, the systems that matter most, and the threats that realistically apply.
  2. 2Map the technical choicesAccounts, identities, network paths, model endpoints, and the dependencies between them.
  3. 3Plan how it will runWho owns each control, which findings page someone, and what gets checked before launch.

The operational view

What should your team be watching?

Identity driftWhether new roles and keys stay within the access model you agreed on.
Finding qualityHow many alerts are duplicates or noise, and how fast real ones reach an owner.
Model accessWho can invoke your LLM endpoints, with which credentials, and what data they can pull.
Incident responseWho receives the page, who owns the next step, and how fast access can be revoked.

These are review topics, not live telemetry or reported client results.

A useful plan goes past the initial setup.

Controls drift as teams ship. We leave you with guardrails in code, a findings pipeline that stays clean, and runbooks that name who acts when something fires.

For AI services, that includes how model credentials rotate, how retrieval respects existing permissions, and how prompts and outputs are logged.

Before we talk

The practical questions, answered.

What can knACK Cyber help with?

Cloud security posture reviews, normalizing findings from multiple security vendors into one schema, secure design for internal AI and LLM services, and scoped audits of a single system or launch.

Which security tools do you work with?

Most major CSPM, vulnerability and code scanners, plus native cloud services such as AWS Security Hub. We map their output to a common schema based on OCSF, so swapping a vendor later does not break your pipeline.

Can you review an internal LLM or RAG service?

Yes. We look at how users and services authenticate to the model (for example on AWS Bedrock), what the retrieval layer can access, and how prompts, outputs and logs are handled.

Do you work with security vendors?

Yes. Our Partner Advisory practice helps emerging and growth-stage security vendors enter North America through resellers, from channel strategy and partner enablement to fractional GTM leadership.

How do I arrange a scoping call?

Send a short note through the form below. We reply with a few times for a call, then follow up with a written scope and fee before any work begins.

Tell us what you're securing.

Whether it's a cloud estate, a findings backlog or a new AI service, a short description is enough to start.
